Manifesting Hack for Health & Wellness in 2022

Firstly, if you haven’t yet, read my blog, Manifesting a Desirable Life, to ensure you have completed the stepping stones to receiving your desired manifestations. You must do the work and match the vibrations of the things you are calling in before you can experience the power of manifestation. It is not easy, but I promise it is worth it.

Secondly, this is not about dieting, starving yourself, or following the next trend. This is simply about keeping your vessel clean and clear for downloads to come through and to keep those vibes high so you can attract high vibrational things into your life.

As I am sure you’re aware, our body is made up of entirely passive cells which listen and consume information directly from our surrounding environment, including our thoughts, and actions, and the words we speak. This is why it is so important to be cautious and intentional every day. If we do not give our bodies direction, it will go where our natural environment takes us.

In some cases, our environment does not provide us with the highest frequency, so our cells bounce off things that do not serve us, impeding our mental and physical health.

Keep your body informed

To keep those cells in top condition, you must let them know what is next. You must set the tone and pace for your body. Get intentional and loud. Below is an affirmation I speak to myself morning and night to keep my body informed.

I am youthful

I am anti-aging

I am the healthiest I have ever been

My cells rejuvenate to their purest form

If you speak something in this form, you will give your body permission to return to its original, healthiest form.

Along with the affirmation, I make sure to move the energy through my body every day, which helps alchemize and transform the energy within the body. This can look several different ways, such as running, walking, or intense yoga.
