Create a Shift Through Quantum Jumping

Quantum jumping is a mindset and energy shift. It happens when you get really focused, really mindful, and connected with your body and your current reality. Then, when you sink in, you will connect to your higher self, to Source, your Spirit Guides, and all of the supportive energies surrounding you.

Your Guides will help bring you to your highest timeline closest to your purpose and highest performing energy.

Quantum jumping practice

My favorite way of quantum jumping is in the shower, and depending on my energy, I will quantum jump about once a week. Within my practice, I will let the water hit my third eye to stimulate and open up, sending all my energy and attention there, really focusing on where I am at currently.

At this point, I will step out of the water, turning it to cold, and step back in, walking into my highest timeline, the closest version to my highest self and the abundance available to me. I let the cold water hit my crown to receive the new energy as if I'm already in my highest purpose, and then I step back out.

That is my quantum jump.

It's a visceral sensation when you're going from hot to cold, from the third eye to the crown (opening up to receiving), and then sitting in the cold water. I feel that new energy as if I'm already in my highest purpose, and then I step entirely out of the water.

I thank Source and my surrounding energies immensely for cooperating, listening, and being with me as I shift. Finally, I am stepping out of the shower and into my new timeline, into a higher version. The key is to practice immense gratitude, open up, ask, and receive.

It’s time to shift

This practice is really about aligning the body, mind, and soul to your highest vision; it is about getting your energy and your vibration to your highest potential to call in those manifestations and create that vision.

Do you or have you practiced quantum jumping? Then, head over to Tik Tok and join in the conversation; I want to hear all about your experience.
