Journey to Alignment
Last week I was so ill, my temperature was only a few degrees higher than ‘normal’, but it put me out of the game for days. It got me thinking, if we can be shut down when our temp spikes only a few degrees, what happens to our journey when our alignment is off just a few degrees?
What does alignment really mean?
When you live in alignment to who you truly are everything starts to match up, and the inter-weavings of life effortlessly blend. I attract the vibrational equivalent of how I’m feeling.
But also, I’m human and life throws me curveballs from time to time. I’m more aware now than ever before that the things going on in my life is just a consequence of what I’m putting out into the Universe.
The biggest challenge for my clients is allowing enough space for flow and ease. Try outwardly expressing a more authentic version of what’s happening inside your body. Get out of the habit of these micro lies that you’re telling yourself and others and I can bet you’ll start feeling more aligned.
Start your day with the following things to re-connect to YOU.
1) meditation. Relax, connect to your soul, awaken Stagnant Energy, and reduce the Anxiety and Depression.
2) breathwork, breathe deeply. Your nervous system relaxes with as little as three deep breaths. Get out of fight or flight mode.
3) slowing down enough to hear your inner guidance, get out of your head and into your body.
4) TRUST your intuition even when it feels crazy! Let your body step in and embrace your purpose.
5) express gratitude with open palms. Acknowledgment to the Universe that you’re pleased with your life will further enhance what flows in your direction.
Life becomes a flow of thoughts, beliefs, habits and actions that match up with your soul needs. Everything feels right, like it’s in place. Take a deep breath and reconnect to your body. Stop overthinking, and trust that you are fully equipped to take on whatever this week has in store for you. ⠀
