Balance Your Vibration with Sound Healing 

Sound bowl healing is a practice that uses sounds to create different frequencies that vibrate your body and help guide you to a meditative and therapeutic state. Scientific studies have shown that sound frequencies can produce changes in the autonomic, immune, endocrine, and neuropeptide systems. In addition, sound can affect the nervous system; it also helps still the mind and allows the body to relax deeply. In this state, one can process and release blocks and experience deep physical relaxation.

If you're local to Arizona, you can join me for 1:1 or couples sound sessions within the Sound Chamber or by attending one of my events at The Churchill. If you lead a group of individuals, sound healing can be a powerful way to connect your team further. 

1:1 Intuitive Healing Session

You can experience 1:1 healing sessions with me, either virtually or in person in the Sound Chamber. During an individual session, the sound bath will unblock any barriers getting in the way of your energetic flow, decrease anxiety and stress, and help with body aches and pains.
