Lean into Fear
Don’t resist fear; lean into fear.
If you allow fear to control your action, you allow fear to control the outcome. Instead, let the fear drive your success and take advantage of the opportunities that may not seem like they are related. The Universe, God, and Source are intentional. The timing, opportunities, sadness, fear, and success are all put in your path for a reason at the perfect timing. It is your responsibility to lean in and go for it.
Have grace and compassion for Self
It is essential to have complete grace and compassion for yourself when you are going through these transitions or taking on an opportunity. It is crucial to know that it is okay to fail and mess up; that is the only way we, as human beings, learn. Know that if things don’t work out, this opportunity was given to you to learn and grow, that although the outcome was probably not what you predicted, it still has meaning to your journey.
A few ways to get through the self-doubt and push through the fear are:
Reframing your thoughts
Staying true to your boundaries
Breathing exercises
Grounding practices
Leaning on community and people
Know that you are so resilient, that you have done hard things before, and you can do hard things again. Know that this is not the most challenging thing you have done; it is just another thing you need to get through right now.
Take a leap of faith, and lean into the fear. The Universe has something grand planned for you. Something in alignment with your purpose, whether you believe it or not.
Permit yourself to thrive
