Break the Pattern to Avoid Dissociation
Break the pattern
Do you ever catch yourself when you arrive at a destination, wondering how you even got there? Or finding yourself at the end of a workday, not even sure what happened throughout the day?
If so - it is time to break the patterns. Get yourself out of the never-ending loop that has your life on repeat and your body dissociated. It’s time to change your route to work and your daily meditation; it is time to stop being predictable.
Change up your routine to see things differently, learn something new, or find a new perspective on life. When you break the pattern, it tricks the body and gives it a reason to pay attention. It will create mindfulness and awareness of the present moment.
Some ways to break the patterns:
Take a new route to work
Visit a new coffee shop on your break
Try a new workout class at the gym
Try a new meditation
Energetic workout
Your energy, much like the body, needs to be exercised. And, much like when you workout and consume a healthy diet, if you continue with the same regimen, over time, you will plateau.
If you do the same thing every day or a predictable pattern, your body will tune out, unlikely to consume any new information.
You must give the body a reason to pay attention to avoid dissociation.
Break the pattern to recognize that our energy is off, and there is an issue to be addressed.
Ensuring you incorporate an energetic workout would help avoid the dreaded loop and create awareness within the body and mind.
Trust the guidance
You must have the confidence to trust in your guidance and witness those intentional interactions when you give the body enough flexibility for new perspectives.
The pattern break will force your body to tune in and recognize God, Angels, and the Universe throughout the day. Break the pattern and leave enough space for guidance within all the details. Know that every interaction, conversation, and event is intentional and meant for you.
It’s time to work smarter, not harder. It’s time to align all areas of your life.
